The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT-K), in collaboration with TIFR-CAM, IISER-Pune, and IISER-Kolkata, are together organizing a Webinar Series on Partial Differential Equations & Related Areas starting September 3, 2020.
The main goal of this webinar series is to bring together researchers and encourage them to discuss and share their ideas in a virtual and inclusive environment to bring back academic closeness.
They also encourage students to participate in large numbers to get a flavor of active research areas in PDEs and related topics and aim to initially invite leading experts, from the areas mentioned below, to raise visibility.
- Control Theory
- Dispersive PDEs
- Elliptic PDEs
- Fluid Dynamics
- Harmonic Analysis
- Hyperbolic PDEs
- Inverse Problem
- Nonlocal PDEs
- Probability Theory and Stochastic PDEs
The seminar will be held twice every week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), and this will take place online via Zoom.
