Six Sigma is a disciplined, statistical-based, data-driven approach and continuous improvement methodology for eliminating defects/waste in a product, process or service. Six Sigma can also be thought of as a measure of process performance, with Six Sigma being the goal, based on the defects per million. The structured approach provides transparency, drives a team approach, and increases the chance of solving the problem permanently.

Former Chief Operating Officer of one of fortune 500 MNC. He has over 30 years of experience in operations management, customer services (Aftermarket), specializing in business process and organizational transformation, quality, integration, strategy implementation and project management. Paresh holds a Mechanical Engineering (BE- Mechanical) & MBA (Operations Management) degree. He is a Certified Six-sigma Black-belt. He has been trained on Lean Manufacturing at Hino, Japan.
