The Students for Liberty Student Chapter at Faculty of Law, University of Calcutta is organising a lecture on “Limitations on Judicial Action in Governance and Public Policy”  by Mr. Prashant Narang, Associate Research Director, Centre for Civil Society (CCS).

The lecture consists of a detailed discussion on Judicial Governance and the Indian Supreme Court, Constitutional limitations on the scope & nature of Judicial Action and the Supreme Court’s Selective Activism: How the Court chooses to intervene in some cases & not in others, etc.
