About the Webinar
Emotions are all around us in the workplace, and it’s important for leaders to understand how to harness them to cultivate productivity and positive relationships. To be effective, leaders must have a sound understanding of how their emotions and actions affect the people around them.
The better a leader relates to and works with others, the more successful he or she will be. Emotional Intelligence (EI) could be blended with cognitive competencies (IQ) and managerial competencies for effective leadership. In this webinar, we will discuss how a leader can apply the concepts of EI to handle teams effectively, build co-operative relationships with key stakeholders, exercise effective influence, handle difficult conversations and create energy and enthusiasm to foster meaningful change.
