The Alumni Relations Office of IIM Bangalore will host a webinar on ‘Impactful Digital Transformation of Small/ Medium Businesses’, by Jay Ram, an alumnus of PGP 1994, on July 10 (Friday), 2020, from 3 pm onwards.

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore is a public business school and Institute of National Importance located in Bangalore, India. Founded in 1973, it was the third IIM to be established, after IIM Calcutta and IIM Ahmedabad.

Highlights

The webinar will cover the following topics: What does Digital Transformation mean to Small/ Medium Businesses? How do they grapple with technologies that are necessary to transform an SMB into the digital world? Should they do it? Is there any RoI? What are the dangers?

Speaker

The speaker for the webinar is Jay Ram, who is the Founder-Promoter of RoI Retrievers, an organization focussed on the impactful business transformation of SMBs by helping them adopt meaningful digital technologies.

Having worked with organizations such as Microland, Sonata, 3Com, Boeing, Akamai, Fidelity, and Societe Generale, Jay brings the exposure of a large enterprise but blends it with the heart and soul of an SMB to offer cost-effective, RoI based services for the small/medium businesses that he works with.
