The preventive controls requirements help in the development of food safety plan. This plan replaces the traditional HACCP plan methodology with new risk based approach.
This webinar will cover introduction to Food Safety, PRPs, Hazards, HACCP along with their implementation methodology in Food Industry. Whole concept will be based on Risk Based Approach.
