About

As the nation commemorates Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, marking the 75 glorious years of India’s Independence, Vigyan Prasar, under the aegis of the Ministry of Culture, Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor (PSA) and 18other Ministries of the Government of India, is holding a mega event “Vigyan Sarvatra Pujyate”(Science is revered everywhere)during the National Science Week (22-28 February 2022).

To engage the masses with the mission, Vigyan SarvatraPujyatePoetry Writing Competition invites creative entries.

Important dates

The competition will remain open from 1st February to 17th February 2022.

Criteria

  • Participants will have to write a poetry in either English or Hindi only.
  • The size of the poetry should not exceed 200 words. Poetry should contain minimum 10 lines.
  • The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
  • Participants can upload their entries in doc, docx, jpg, jpeg, pdf (Maximum file upload limit- 10MB).

Interested candidates can submit entries via this page.

Prizes

  • All the participants will receive participation certificate for their entries.
  • Top five entries selected be committee will receive attractive prizes.
