About

The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women (VSPW) is a unique alternative to the traditional MBA programme, which will create a cadre of successful women professionals for the 21st century.

It is an 18-month full-time, residential, post-graduate Programme with a re-imagined curriculum that weaves together the objectivity of management principles with
complementary perspectives from the liberal arts, an emphasis on personal growth through leadership training, and the impact of thinking and communicating effectively.

This innovative and pioneering approach to management education promises to launch every Vedica Scholar into a career of distinction.

Course Structure:

The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women is a course for the collaborative and conscious professional. The four converging tracks that define the distinctiveness of the programme are:

  1. Mastering Management Practice
  2. Thinking and Communicating for Impact
  3. Learning from the Liberal Arts
  4. Taking Charge of Personal Growth

Campus & Residence:

The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women is located in the idyllic campus of the Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Communication (SACAC). The beautiful campus provides an
ideal environment for learning. Being centrally located in the heart of New Delhi, SACAC makes it possible for our Scholars to immerse themselves in the cultural, intellectual and educational hubs close by.

The Residence is located in Katwaria Sarai, the hub of student housing in South Delhi. It is less than a kilometre away from SACAC, making the commute between home and campus
convenient and efficient for Scholars.

Achievement-oriented women with a graduate degree and a desire to excel professionally are eligible to apply for the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women (VSPW). While we encourage fresh graduates to apply, some work experience is an added advantage.
