Unicus Olympiads: Online Summer Olympiads for School Students [Grade 2 to 11]: Registration Open

About

Unicus Olympiads is India’s 1st Summer Olympiad exam conducting at very large scale for students from class 2 to class 11 across India.

  • Unicus Olympiads is a brainchild of alumni from IIT Delhi, Stanford University, University of Chicago and Oxford University, along with a few other eminent professionals who have worked with the likes of Amazon, Intel, HSBC, Fidelity, GE and A.T. Kearney.
  • We are India’s first Summer Olympiad focusing on student’s conceptual understanding of previous classes.
  • These assessments take place during Summers (May/Jul 2020) when the school curriculum is complete.
  • We conduct both, online and pen/paper mode of examination. The online examination is completely proctored through webcams. There’s a mock test for you to get the exposure of giving an online exam.
  • There would be 3 Practice Tests online to understand the format of the exam.

Unicus Olympiads organizes 6 Olympiads each year:

  • Unicus Mathematics Olympiad (UMO)
  • Unicus English Olympiad (UEO)
  • Unicus Science Olympiad (USO)
  • Unicus Cyber Olympiad (UCO)
  • Unicus Critical Thinking Olympiad (UCTO)
  • Unicus General Knowledge Olympiad (UGKO)

One level Olympiad examination: UMO, USO, UEO, UCO, UCTO & UGKO.

 Unicus Mathematics Olympiad (UMO)

The Unicus Mathematics Olympiad (UMO) is an international competitive exam held online as well as offline (pen/paper) for students in classes 2-11 (year 2020-21). Students will be provided with one Mock Test to practice before the Final Exam. The Mock Test can be attempted for 3 times. The exam will be a MCQ-type test that the students need to complete in 60 minutes. Also, the syllabus for classes 3rd to 11th will cover the topics of the previous 2 classes passed by the student while the syllabus of class 2nd covers the topics of class 1.

Unicus English Olympiad (UEO)

The Unicus English Olympiad (UEO) is an international competitive exam held online as well as offline (pen/paper) for students in classes 2-11 (year 2020-21). Students will be provided with one Mock Test to practice before the Final Exam. The Mock Test can be attempted for 3 times. The exam will be a MCQ-type test that the students need to complete in 60 minutes. Also, the syllabus for classes 3rd to 11th will cover the topics of the previous 2 classes passed by the student while the syllabus of class 2nd covers the topics of class 1.

Unicus Cyber Olympiad (UCO)

The Unicus Cyber Olympiad (UCO) is an international competitive exam held online as well as offline (pen/paper) for students in classes 2-11 (year 2020-21). Students will be provided with one Mock Test to practice before the Final Exam. The Mock Test can be attempted for 3 times. The exam will be a MCQ-type test that the students need to complete in 60 minutes. Also, the syllabus for classes 3rd to 11th will cover the topics of the previous 2 classes passed by the student while the syllabus of class 2nd covers the topics of class 1.

Unicus Critical Thinking Olympiad (UCTO)

The Unicus Critical Thinking Olympiad (UCTO) is an international competitive exam held online as well as offline (pen/paper) for students in classes 2-11 (year 2020-21). Students will be provided with one Mock Test to practice before the Final Exam. The Mock Test can be attempted for 3 times. The exam will be a MCQ-type test that the students need to complete in 60 minutes. Also, the syllabus for classes 3rd to 11th will cover the topics of the previous 2 classes passed by the student while the syllabus of class 2nd covers the topics of class 1.

Unicus General Knowledge Olympiad (UGKO)

The Unicus General Knowledge Olympiad (UGKO) is an international competitive exam held online as well as offline (pen/paper) for students in classes 2-11 (year 2020-21). Students will be provided with one Mock Test to practice before the Final Exam. The Mock Test can be attempted for 3 times. The exam will be a MCQ-type test that the students need to complete in 60 minutes. Also, the syllabus for classes 3rd to 11th will cover the topics of the previous 2 classes passed by the student while the syllabus of class 2nd covers the topics of class 1.

Awards

For students appearing for UMO, USO, UEO, UGKO, UCO and UCTO (classes 2 to 11), the awards and recognition are as follows:

  • Top 15% students will be awarded with a Merit Certificate.
  • Top 5% students will be awarded with a Gold/Silver/Bronze Medal (based on their State or Country rank) and a Merit Certificate.
  • Top 3 students (registered through school) from every school with more than 25 students in a class appearing for an Olympiad exam will be awarded with Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals, and a Merit Certificate.
  • Overall Top 3 students from classes 2-11 will be awarded with Scholars Trophy and Merit Certificate.
  • Every participant will be awarded a digital participation certificate. This will be available in the dashboard of the participant.
  • If a student meets 2 or more criteria then he/she will qualify for a higher award.

All the awards will be delivered to the participant’s school (in case the student has registered through school) or home address (in case of individual registration) provided by the participant at the time of registration. Unicus Olympiads will not be responsible for non-delivery of the awards due to incorrect or insufficient address.
