Workshop on Biological Diversity Laws at TNNLU [May 11-12, Tiruchirappalli]: No Fee; Last Date to Register!: Expired

Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU) is Organising a  “Two Day Advance Regional Workshop on Biological Diversity Law and Access and Benefit Sharing” organised by in collaboration with National Law School of India University (NLSIU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) – Global Environmental Facility (GEF) Global Access and Benefit Sharing Project scheduled to be held on 11th and 12th of May, 2019.
The workshop aims to develop a platform among the stakeholders and decision makers to address, to interrogate, and to understand the various aspects of Biodiversity Law. It further aims to assist participants to broader their understanding about the importance of biodiversity and its implication in human life as well as to understand the Biological Diversity Act, 2002.
The intended participants of this workshop include academicians, research scholars, and professionals from the agricultural and biotechnology sectors, forest officials, regulators, practitioners, environmentalists, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and in-house participants.
There is no Registration fee for the workshop.
Accommodation will be provided on a First come first served basis with payment.
