The National Institute of Immunology (NII), Delhi provides opportunities for outstanding students to carry out project work under the supervision of the Institute’s Scientists towards partial fulfillment of their postgraduate degree (of at least Six Months duration Session I- January-June and Session II-July-December).
National Institute of Immunology (NII) is an autonomous research institute located in New Delhi, under the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) for research in immunology. NII was established on 24 June 1981, with Prof. M. G. K. Menon as Chairman of its governing body. It has its origins in the ICMR–WHO Research & Training Centre in Immunology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, which was merged with NII in 1982.
- Students who are pursuing master’s degrees (e.g. M.Sc., M.Tech., M.Pharm, M.V.Sc., and Integrated Master’s students in 4th year, etc.) may apply.
- The minimal eligibility criterion for consideration of the requests is Ist Division or an equivalent grade (or at least 60% of aggregate scores) in all major examinations starting from the secondary school examination onwards.

The Institute will not provide any financial aid or accommodation facilitates in NII Campus. Institute will intimate the selected candidates for training individually through email and the Institute will not charge any fee for the training.
