Students for Liberty, South Asia is organizing a Virtual Book Reading Session on the book –   After The Welfare State by Tom G. Palmer, on 13th December 2020 from  6:30 PM  IST(+5:30).

About the Organisation

Students for Liberty is the largest pro-liberty movement of students in the world with a presence in more than 100 countries and every inhabited continent. Rising above partisan politics, we engage in open and civil discourse over how to best promote freedom in all aspects of our lives. We respect that everyone comes to their justification for liberty in their own way and we are supportive of them in that journey.

About the Book

This book is a collection of essays by eminent political economists from around the world. Young people today are being robbed. Of their rights. Of their freedom. Of their dignity. Of their futures. This little book is for those who prefer to ask hard questions and to pursue them with open minds. It is time to ask the hard questions about what the welfare state has wrought, whether it is sustainable, and what should come after the welfare state.
