Karamat Husain Muslim P.G. College, Lucknow, a Muslim Minority Institution, is one of the leading women’s colleges of Northern India. The College was established in the year 1912 by Justice Karamat Husain. a pioneer of women’s education in the pre-Independent India. He founded the College, with the avowed object of advancing the Muslim women, but the portals of the College have always remained open to students belonging to all communities without any distinction of caste and creed.
The historical and cultural studies that relate to diverse critical approaches ore on Integral part of commonwealth literary studies and they best define the Postcolonial Literature. The writers of Post-colonist Literature constantly rework and rewrite with a set of social, political and historical contexts Involving a lot of critical proficiency in producing models of representations by using various postcolonial literary devices that would build up the ambit of the trends In post-colonial literary tradition.
