Project Title

Principal eigenvalue problems and its application to risk-sensitive controls

Qualifications
  1. Ph.D. in Mathematics conferred after 2009.
  2. Candidates having a research background in either Stochastic Processes, Stochastic Differential Equations, Stochastic Control Theory, parabolic and Elliptic PDE, and Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman Equation will be preferred.
Job Requirement

Research in related fields and as Teaching Assistant in undergraduate Mathematics Cours.

Salary

1) Rs. 36,000/- to 40,000/- per month depending upon the experience

2) Candidates who have submitted their thesis, but not completed defense (i.e. candidates without a provisional certificate of having qualified for the degree), will be designated as SRF and paid Rs. 28,000/- per month till the time of submission of Provisional Ph.D. certificate.
