The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is a premier university fully funded by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India. TISS is looking for a Research Assistant for its Research Council-funded research project, “Cultures of care and gendered effects of covid-19 disruption: a study about how urban women understood the crisis and managed their lives, work and care during the pandemic, online and offline.”
Under the project, data collection will be carried out in Mumbai and Greater Mumbai. The Research Assistant will be required to assist the Project Director at TISS, Mumbai or in the area of assignment.
Eligibility
Indian nationals with good academic record, a master’s or MPhil degree in any social science discipline are eligible to apply.
