Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) will host the fifth PAN IIM World Management Conference during December 14-16, 2017 at Lucknow.
This is an annual event organized by the Indian Institutes of Management and supported by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
The forum provides an excellent opportunity for academicians, researchers, practitioners, policy makers and thought leaders to exchange their ideas and foster collaboration.
Academicians, researchers, doctoral scholars and practitioners are invited and encouraged to submit their research papers in all areas of management.
Call for Papers
Submissions of conceptual/empirical research papers from all stakeholders of ‘Digital India’ — academicians, researchers, businesses, policy makers, politicians, scientists, entrepreneurs, students, civil society, rural change makers and anyone else; for oral and poster presentations.
Authors are encouraged to submit papers on benefits and challenges of a true ‘Digital India’, from management perspective.
The conference tracks is only indicative and all management research that addresses the main theme of the conference is welcome.
Abstracts of original research papers (min.1,500 and max.2,500 words) are invited on the conference theme (‘The Making of Digital India-Management Perspectives’) and in all areas of management including the following:
- Agri-Business Management
- Business Environment/Economics
- Decision Sciences
- Finance and Accounting
- Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior
- Information Technology and Systems
- Legal Management
- Operations Management
- Strategic Management
- Sustainability Management
Note: Both conceptual and empirical papers are invited. Selected papers will be recommended for publication in regular/special issue of referred journals (to be notified).

Awards & Publications
Paper submissions will be evaluated for originality, research rigour, and contribution to theory and/or practice. High quality research papers will be nominated for awards under the following category:
- Best doctoral paper awards
- Best research paper awards
Selected papers will be recommended for publication in regular/special issue of referred journals (to be notified).
Conference Proceedings of Extended Abstracts of conference papers will be made available to all conference participants.
