About the Programme

The One Week Online Faculty Development Program on “Simulation and Modeling of Data Communications & Networks” is organised by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, MGIT, Hyderabad from July 27-31, 2020.

As the field of Data Communications & Networks, has an enormous growth in the research, this online FDP is aimed to provide the teaching and research community, to implement Simulation and Modelling of Networks using an open-source tool, called ‘NS-2’ and proprietary software ‘NetSim’ (developed by TETCOS).

The Resource Persons of this FDP are from MGIT, TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge), and TETCOS – Bangalore.

Who can Participate?

Faculty Members, Research Scholars and Industry Professionals related to Data Communications & Networks and similar fields can participate.
