National Institute of Technology, Raipur is a publicly funded engineering and research institution located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. Founded in 1956 with two engineering disciplines, mining, and metallurgy, it is one of the oldest institutes in the National Institutes of Technology system.

Visiting Faculty (Department of Mathematics) (01)

Qualifications
  • Ph.D. degree with first-class at the preceding degree or equivalent with a very good academic record throughout and with a minimum of 10 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Associate professor in llTs, llSc Bangalore, NlTs, and lls=SERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution/ institutions of comparable standards. OR
  • Minimum 15 years of Industrial experience/ R&D experience with a minimum Masters’s degree in the Engineering discipline and with a proven track record of being a researcher with commendable experience in research and development aspects in the relevant areas.
Duration

The appointment shall be made for a period till 30th June 2021.

Salary

Between Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 75,000/- per month
