Master of Public Health @ ICMR, Bhubaneswar: Apply by Jul 24: Expired


Applications are invited for admission into 2-year full time programme Master of Public Health (MPH) for the academic session 2018-19 in collaboration with Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.


Bachelor degree holders of any institute/University recognised by the UGC having secured at least 50% of marks in the relevant subject, such as

Medical, Dental, Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, AYUSH, Nursing, Pharmacy, Veterinary Sciences, Management, Social Sciences, Social Work and Public Health Engineering, Law, Population Sciences/Studies, Statistics/Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Nutrition, Home Sciences, Community Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Public Health and Life Sciences. Relevant work experience in health sector will be an advantage.

Entrance Test:

All eligible candidates will have to appear an entrance test to be held by RMRC, Bhubaneswar. All the questions are of MCQ type. All the questions are compulsory and each question carries 2 marks. Negative Marking: Deduction of 1 mark per wrong answer. The questions for entrance examination will cover General Public Health Awareness, Numerical ability, Scientific awareness, up to +2 levels and General English including Grammar/ Common errors.

Selection Procedure:

A selection committee constituted by Director, ICMR-RMRC, Bhubaneswar will select the candidate based on following:

  • Review of application form.
  • Written test.
  • Personal Interview.
