About the Conference:
Center for Sustainability Research and Consultancy (CSRC) and Lebanese International University (LIU) in collaboration with School of Economics, Finance and Banking, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Emerald Group Publishing UK, UN Principles of Responsible Management Education and other esteemed collaborating institutions seek to invite academicians and research scholars to submit their abstract/full papers for presentation at 1st International Conference on Economics Business and Social Sciences | 2nd IRC 2017-LIU chapter to be held on December 21-22, 2017.
The parallel sessions of the conference will take place at Lebanese International University. This mega event is sponsored by a number of well known peer-reviewed journals and books edited by distinguished scholars.
The international scientific committee is comprising of distinguished academicians and research scholars in the areas of economics, business and social sciences.
Submission Process
Authors can send either abstract (Maximum 300 words) and/or full papers in the areas of economics, business and various disciplines of social sciences via online submission system. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to icebs@globalcsrc.org.
All papers/abstracts must contain the title, authors’ names, affiliation, area of research and contact information. Kindly see Authors Guidelines for abstract and full papers submissions. All submissions will undergo double blind review process.
The authors can submit abstract/full paper by November 1, 2017. The reviewers’ panel of the conference is comprised of diverse yet well established academicians from Lebanon, Malaysia and other countries.

Conference Proceedings and Publishing Opportunity
Conference proceedings, in the form of book of abstracts, will be published within ISBN and will be available on conference website in downloadable form. Soft copy of the proceedings will be given to registered participants in the USB.
The 1st International Conference on Economics Business and Social Sciences is honored to have distinguished sponsoring journals. All accepted full papers will be published in the sponsoring journals.
Paper Development Workshop
The conference program also includes high-valued Workshop ‘Guide to Getting Published’ for the participants at conference venue.
The editorial delegate from Emerald Group Publishing UK (www.emeraldinsight.com) and senior editors of HEC recognized journals will deliver the workshop related to journal writing and publishing in the areas of economics, business and social sciences.
Participating faculty members and research scholars will get excellent opportunity to interact and network with the editorial staff of Emerald Group and get hands-on information related to publication opportunities and research support funding. The participants of workshop will be awarded certificate from Emerald Group Publishing.
Those participants registered before the due date will be entitled to free entry to PDW. Participants registered after due date will have to pay fee for the workshop.
Membership, Awards and Certificates
All conference participants will be offered free membership to become Research Fellow of the Center for Sustainability Research and Consultancy. This will allow you to be part of collaborative research projects with international community of scholars and enhance your research output in a meaningful way to impact the world around.
The members will also be able to join our future conferences, seminars and workshops at a discounted rate. Best Paper Award and Outstanding Paper award in each track will be conferred. Certificate of presentation will be issued to participants for presenting their research at the conference.
Certificate of chairing a session will be issued to session chairs acknowledging their contribution in the conference.
Registration Fees

  • Registration fees for students before Nov 10 – $200.
  • Registration fees for Faculty Members before Nov 10 – $250.
  • Registration fees for additional paper presenter before Nov 10 – $100.
  • Registration fees for students after Nov 10 – $230.
  • Registration fees for faculty members after Nov 10 – $280.
  • Registration fees for additional paper presenter after Nov 10 – $100.

Registration and Payment Guidelines
Step 1: Select the appropriate fee item and add it to cart. Click on “View Cart” to look at your registration fee payable and proceed to check out if it is okay.
Note: If you want to register for more than one paper or want to accompany your co-author/participant to attend the conference, kindly add the relevant fee item to the cart.
Step 2: Enter all your registration details including paper ID and Paper title. Note: These details should be of the presenting author at the conference. If your registration includes the co-author, pls mention his/her details in the section of “Order Notes” at lower end of the online billing form.
Step 3: Choose the payment method and click on “Place Order”. The payment methods include:
A. Direct bank transfer: You need to pay on-desk or make online transfer from your ATM or internet banking to either of the CSRC bank accounts mentioned below. After payment, please email payment details to register@globalcsrc.org. Your transaction will be on halt until we receive Payment details from you.
