Applications are invited for Walk-in-Interview of one temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a SERB-DST sponsored research project entitled “Flow and Heat Transfer Over a Corrugated Tube Placed in Non-Newtonian Power—Law Fluids in the Presence of Magnetic Field” in the Department of Chemical Engineering, NIT Hamirpur.

Essential Qualification: M.Tech./M.E. in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or in equivalent streams,
B.Tech./B.E. with valid GATE score in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or in equivalent streams.
Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of ANSYS SOFTWARE (FLUENT) is desirable.
Age: Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age on the date of interview.
Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in the case of SC/ST/ Women/Differently abled candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Remuneration: Rs 25, 000 per month during 1st and 2nd year and Rs 28, O00 during 3rd year. Leaves and other benefits will also be provided as per DST norms.
Duration: Appointment will be initially for a period of one (01) year, which is extendable every year and maximum for three years upon satisfactory performance of the candidate.
