Applications are invited for Junior Executive/Executive- HR at IIM Nagpur for the year 2021. The last date of application is 30 November.
Qualification: Post Graduate / MBA with HR specialization from a recognized university / Institute or its equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record. Proficiency in computer operations like Excel, Data Management MS Windows & MS Office is a must.
- Excellent use of MS Office tools such as MS – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Experience: Min 2 years of work experience in HR functions.
Age: Min. 25 years & above
The person will handle HR activities particularly related to Faculty at IIM Nagpur. Duties and responsibilities of the appointed person will include but are not limited to the following;
- Handling complete Recruitment and Onboarding cycle particular related to Faculty and staff as and when required as per Recruitment norms and Government regulations.
- Maintaining Reservation Rosters for Faculty.
- Preparing and Completing Annual Faculty Work Report with taking inputs from Faculty and as per Institute policy.
- Timely processing Teaching & Research incentives for Faculty and ensuring timely disbursal of payouts
- Document and record keeping of Faculty files and faculty related matters.
- Maintaining Leaves records, FDA & Conference funding claims and processing payments.
- Organizing and hosting HR Events, employee Connect sessions.
- Any other additional duties assigned for responsibilities of HR Office

Duration & Salary
Selected candidates will be offered a fixed-term appointment for a period of one year on a third-party contract / IIM Nagpur contract on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further based on the performance and institute’s requirements.
