Fabrication of ultrathin MoTe2/MoS2 heterostructure based Infrared detectors by the chemical vapour deposition technique.

Rs. 9.36 lakhs.
Research work on materials (thin films and nanostructures) synthesis and characterization for IR detectors.
Rs. 25,000/- per month for 1st and 2nd year.
Rs. 28,000/- per month for the 3rd year.
* Subjected to the revision by DRDO.
* The fellowship for non-GATE or non-NET candidates will be as per DRDO norms.
First division all through the career with a minimum of 65% of marks in M. Sc./M.Tech. in Physics/Materials Science.
* Experience in synthesis and characterizations of materials.
Bachelor accommodation in the hostel will be provided and Campus accommodation may be provided to married students subject to availability. (campus stay is compulsory).
