IIT Hyderabad invites applications for JRF positions under DST and CSIR funded project for the year 2021. The last date of application submission is 25 and 31 January 2021.

JRF (Physics)

Title of the project: Electric field control of exchange bias in FM/AFM hybrid multilayers for energy-efficient spintronic applications.

Sponsoring agency: Department of Science and Technology DST, SERB

Duration of the project: 03 years (Initially position will be for 01 year and will be extended based on performance)

Monthly compensation: 1st and 2nd year: Rs.31000 + HRA 3rd year: : Rs.35000 + HRA

Essential qualifications: M.Sc (Physics, Applied Physics, Electronics) / M. Tech through GATE from reputed institute with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA

Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 28 years

Project title: Sparse approximations with prior support constraint and application to interior reconstruction in tomography.

Sponsored by: Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR)

Qualification and Experience: M.Sc (or B.Tech/M.Tech) degree in Applied Mathematics (or ECE/Computer Science). Prior experience in Numerical Linear Algebra/Optimization Techniques and any programming language is required for this position. Valid GATE/CSIR(JRF) is desirable
