Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) funded research project No. CRG/2019/005749 “Investigation of quantum effects in lossy waveguide arrays” under the supervision of Dr. Amit Rai, Associate Professor, School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi 110067.


  • Qualifications: M.Sc. in Physics and qualified GATE or National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC-NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship). Valid NET/GATE is essential for JRF position.  
  • Desirable Qualifications: The applicant must be having good computational and analytical skill.
