Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB) in the Core Research Grant Scheme, under the supervision of Dr. Durba Roy, Department of Chemistry, BITSPilani, Hyderabad campus.

Eligibility

1st Division/Class in M.Sc. in Chemistry preferably with NET/GATE qualification and Physical Chemistry Specialization (if applicable). This project is based on computation chemistry and simulations of biomolecules, specifically, peptides, polysaccharides and lipids. It is desirable but not mandatory, that the candidate should have prior experience in coding and simulations. However, the candidate must have a reasonable understanding of the principles of physical chemistry and should be interested in biological systems and computation.

Fellowship amount
