The Indian Institute of Spices Research is an autonomous organization engaged in agricultural research related to spices in India. The institute has its headquarters in Moozhikkal, Silver Hills, Kozhikode, Kerala and is a subsidiary of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi, under the Ministry of Agriculture, India.

Nature of Work
The molecular biologist is to conduct molecular biology experiments and proteomic studies in spices. Bioinformatics analysis of transcriptomes, other nucleic acid sequence data and proteome data are also to be done under the project.

- Candidates who secure the minimum marks prescribed by the Institute in written test only will be eligible for attending the interview. The number of candidates to be called for the interview will be decided by the Director of the Institute
