Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in SERB-DST sponsored project (CRG scheme) entitled “Development of 2D nanostructures dispersed nanocellular conductive polymer foams for EMI Shielding” at the Department of Chemistry, Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore.

The selected candidate will be permitted to register Ph.D programme in Thiruvalluvar University upon satisfying the eligibility conditions as outlined in Ph.D Regulations of Thiruvalluvar University

Essential Qualifications
  • M.Sc/M.Phil in Chemistry
  • Minimum of 2yrs research experience after acquiring PG degree
Desirable Qualifications
  • Demonstrated research experience in polymer synthesis, Nanomaterials nanoocomposites or related field with publications in refereed journals
  • NET/ GATE or CET of Thiruvalluvar University qualified
Salary

Rs.35,000/- p.m. consolidated

Tenure

From May 2020 to Feb 2023
