JOB POST: Project Assistant Level-I at CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur [7 Vacancies]: Walk in Interview on Nov 11: Expired


The CSIR-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-NEERI) is a research institute created and funded by the Government of India. It was established in Nagpur in 1958 with a focus on water supply, sewage disposal, communicable diseases and to some extent on industrial pollution and occupational diseases found common in post-independent India. NEERI is a pioneer laboratory in the field of environmental science and engineering and part of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).

A walk-in-interview will be scheduled on 11 November 2019 for empanelment of Project Assistants Level-I under the externally funded/sponsored project(s) and other Projects.

B.Sc (Computer Science) /BCA / BBA/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Information Technology or Equivalent with 55% marks

Job Requirement

Hands-on experience in word/Excel/ppt/Coral Draw and related design tools. Certificate course on Ms-office, Graphic Design Tools will be preferred

Age Limit

The age limit is 28 years The upper age limit for PA level-I shall be as indicated in the above column no.3, which is relaxed up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/ and female/OBC candidates.

Nature of Position

The engagement is purely on a temporary and contract basis under the externally funded /empanelment/other project undertaken by CSIR-NEERI which may be extended or curtailed depending on the status/duration of the project, satisfactory performance/conduct of the Project Assistants/JRF/SRF.
