Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute (formerly Central Salt Research Institute) is a constituent laboratory of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), India. The Institute was inaugurated by Jawahar Lal Nehru on 10 April 1954 at Bhavnagar, in Gujarat.
Applications are invited for the post of Project Assistant-III at CSIR-Central Salt & Marine Chemical Research Institute, Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
No. of Post
M.Sc. in Chemistry / Biology with minimum 55% marks 2 Years research experience.
The selected candidate will work on a DBT sponsored project “Production of Nanocarriers for Theranostics”.
As on the date of interview, maximum 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR or DBT rule.
Level-III: Rs. 28000/- pm + HRA (only if no accommodation is available).
Duration of Position
The position is purely temporary for the duration of the project. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSMCRI/CSIR. The initial appointment is for one year and then it will be renewed annually subject to satisfactory performance.
