National Institute of Technology, (NIT) Arunachal Pradesh is inviting applications from young and dynamic highly interested and motivated candidates for the post of Research Assistant (RA) in time-bound research for a temporary period purely on contractual basis.

BE/B. Tech (ECE/EE/EEE/CSE) and/or ME/M .Tech in VLSI/Microelectronics/ related area with minimum 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA)


Knowledge in VLSI design tools (Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor/Graphics) is desirable

Tenure of the Assignment 

Initially for 6 months. extendable till the completion of the project, subject to the satisfactory performance and availability of fund released by sponsoring agency.
