IIFT New Delhi invites applications for Teaching & Non-teaching recruitment for the year 2020. Interested candidates can check out full details below.

Head Position at Centre for Capacity Building (CCB)

Eligibility: Direct or indirect experience in trade or deep knowledge of SPS/TBT and NTB issues or in a related discipline. Direct Recruitment (with Ph.D): An eminent scholar having Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline with a first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum 10 years teaching/research/industry post-Ph.D. experience at University/national level institution of which 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. Should have been actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals. OR An outstanding professional having a Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied/ applied discipline from any academic institutions/industry who has made a significant contribution to the knowledge in the concerned discipline supported by documentary evidence provided he/she has 10 years’ experience.

The application should also clearly indicate that it is for the post of Head, Centre for Capacity Building. Further, along with the application, the applicant must submit an essay (2500-3000 words excluding annexure) on any one of the following topics: Impact of SPS and TBT agreements developing countries and way forward OR Strategy for Capacity building for Trade Negotiations.

Tenure: Appointment other than on deputation shall initially be on contract for a period one year extendable for an appropriate number of years thereafter on the basis of performance of the incumbent and the future requirement of the Centre.

Head position at IIFT (CCB)

Administrative Coordinator

Eligibility: Post-Graduate in any Discipline with minimum 50% marks. Excellent written communication skills in English Language. Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in dealing with Rankings or Accreditation in an Educational Institute is a must. Experience of at least six months to one year in Ranking or Accreditation related work is a must.

Age: Should not be more than 35 years at last receipt of application.

Tenure: The appointment will be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year. The tenure can be extended further depending upon performance of the candidate and requirement of the Institute.

Job profile: To provide support and assistance to the AACSB Cell of the Institute in compilation of papers related to Accreditation and Rankings coordination with senior faculty member/officials of the various Division/ Centres of the Institute, maintenance and upkeep of important records/documents of the institute for timely retrieval and handling of other administrative responsibility as may be from time to time with timelines.
