Eligibility
- MBA/PGDBA, with specialisation in Finance from a recognised University / Institution or Chartered Accountants (CA).
- MBA/PGDBA course should be of a minimum 2 years full time duration, with a specialisation in Finance from a recognised University / Institution. In case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient.
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in both Graduation and PostGraduation.
- Age limit: 25 years

Application
Interested candidates must fill in the Online Application Form. The Application Form will be available on the Bank’s website under ‘Careers’ section on February 25, 2022. Application in any other format will not be considered and will be rejected by the Bank, irrespective of fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Only Online Applications will be considered by the Bank.
Application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) of ₹ 600/- for General and OBC candidates, ₹ 100/- (Intimation charges) for SC/ST/PWD/EWS and Female candidates.
Stipend
Management Trainees will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM) I as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of traineeship for one year in the Bank. A monthly stipend of Rs. 55,000/- will be paid during the period of traineeship. The current CTC of Deputy Manager is ₹17 lakh per annum approximately.
