MANTRA partners with schools serving the children from underprivileged sections of our society for a two-year period in order to achieve capacity building of school staffs (Administrative, teaching and non-teaching) and improved learning outcomes among students.

  • School Transformation Lead
    Eligibility: A degree in education OR a year or two’s experience working in low-income schools or government schools. Experience in classroom teaching, delivering educational programs and activities OR experience working on projects with school stakeholders from underserved urban/rural localities. Strong interest in any of the three areas affecting a school -School Leadership / Teaching Development / Community Engagement.
    Job description: Develop EXCEL School Engagement Plan, Implementation of EXCEL at school site and Manage relationships.
    Duration: Minimum 2 years from the date of joining
    Salary: Rs. 360,000 – Rs. 480,000 per year
  • Program Manager
    Eligibility: Minimum 3 years of work experience, at least two years of teaching experience is required, however, candidates with strong experience in the education sector will be considered. Experience in classroom teaching, delivering educational programs and activities OR experience working on projects with school stakeholders from underserved urban/rural localities. Successfully led teams to achieve ambitious outcomes. Strong interest in empowering a school through – School Leadership / Teaching & Learning / Community Engagement.
    Job description: Serve as a coach to program team which involves regular schools visits through essential activities such as classroom observations, feedback and aligned need-based learning experiences. Design and innovate the implementation of the monthly workshops for school leaders and teachers. Build a focus on personal transformation and education leadership by facilitating leadership conversations and connecting the team to learning opportunities within the city for their development as changemakers of tomorrow. Lead efforts to document and report progress and gaps at school site on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    Salary: Rs. 4,80,000 – Rs. 6,00,000
