JioSaavn team seeks a team player to provide high quality and efficient customer service and support to musicians & podcasters using the JioSaavn Creator Platforms. The perfect candidate will be a role model of service delivery for JioSaavn and will serve as the primary interface with them.
- Responsible for being attentive & responding professionally to every creator query encountered through emails & social media.
- Responsible for verifying authenticity of the registered artists through social media and driving the access requests for JioSaavn creator platforms.
- Respond to creator feedback & queries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Escalate issues to the reporting manager and other JioSaavn teams when encountered, follow-up to get a turn around time for the fix, and keep the creator updated on the issue.
- Troubleshoot minor technical errors encountered by the listeners by asking relevant questions and probing well to reach the root cause of the issue.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with creators and colleagues
- Document most asked questions/queries to consolidate & update FAQs of creator platforms.
- Graduated Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Excellent English-language communication skills including ability to communicate clearly, professionally, both verbally and written, and at a level suitable for a variety of audiences.
- Excellent listening skills with inquisitive, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach.
- Self-motivated work ethic.
- Friendly, polite, and tactful nature.
- Ability to handle diverse customers and situations with patience.
- Ability to cope with multiple projects and deadlines.
