Citi invites job applications for Content writer/ Business Analyst post for Chennai location. The Business Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies.
Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.
Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.
- Resource Management:
Engage with Engineering leads within the team to drive effective resource planning.
Maintain resource details across GOC for TnM as well as SOW.
Work closely with vendors to ensure resources with appropriate skill sets are on-boarded
Track resource onboarding, relevant processes (SPAs, MAQ, etc) for vendors as well as staff.
Assist with new hires(staff and vendor resources), including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns
Work closely with Digital COS on resource strength, demand, onsite-offshore ratio, etc.
Track the mandatory trainings for all resources.
- Demand Management :
Alignment of Quarterly demand fitment to domains
Collaborate closely with Engineering leads to segregate the tech stack efforts for various regions
Ensure alignment of appropriate resources of various skill set for each domain
Collaborate with API team Engineering leads on vendor staff feedback and discuss with vendor on the same.
- Managing team operations:
Work closely with department head on API team strategy, demand fitment and resource skill sets requirement.
Convert teams roadmap and product plans into headcount and financial plans to support forecast, budget and planning.
Look at the organization from a wider lens to assess operational gaps.
Work closely with GCT COS and Business management team and ensure that Digital API team is aligned to the same.
Work with Engineering leads to track weekly team achievements.
Prepare monthly news-letter for internal stakeholders (within API team) as well as for other senior stakeholders across the consumer technology team.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years prior experience in business management for Digital team. s and knowledge of banking products and concepts is a plus but not essential.
