Uber as a teamwork on streamlining and improving the support policies and manage content on the relevant support docs. We work closely with the LOB managers and the teams for any new product and feature changes for any particular city or PAN US&C.
Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for triaging, case managing, and resolving all content request submissions filed for their particular LOB on a daily basis. In addition to the case management of the request, this role plays an essential part in ensuring that feedback and voice of the customer insights are escalated to the right teams.

- Proven ability to work on a deadline and a high level of commitment towards deliverables
- Strong knowledge of rider and driver policies/ support logics
- Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- Understanding of stakeholder management and experience of the same is preferred
- Any prior experience developing/ managing support content, with knowledge of creating flowcharts and process maps with tools, like LucidChart, is a bonus
- Build, document and maintain accuracy of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer support processes using flowcharts
- Assist with ongoing large-scale audits of support content to ensure adherence to proper quality standards
- Utilize ticket coding to conduct root cause analysis and refine support policies and procedures
- Develop subject matter expertise in several lines of businesses
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflow and processes
- Manage and prioritize steady stream of content requests from multiple teams with short, frequently changing timelines
- Learn and master multiple knowledge base and content management tools
- Be the source of knowledge to train, educate new members in the team and answer questions from stakeholders.
