- 2-3 years of experience in Media space (TV/OTT).
- Can speak and understand Hindi + at least knowing one South regional language is extremely preferable (Tamil/Telugu).
- Has a strong idea about content and viewer preferences.
- Has written campaign briefs in the past; Executed and ideated marketing campaigns.
- Basic number crunching and ability to understand data.
- Worked across projects involving multiple teams.
- Plan for exposure of priority content, and coordination with other teams to ensure adequate marketing efforts are done.
- Leading creatives for on-platform marketing- Should be able to write good briefs and get the same created and implemented by different teams.
- Track performance of creatives and content and make recommendations if any.
- Involvement in execution of strategic projects for content/platform growth.
