Research and Devlopment Section department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati invites applications from interested and motivated candidates for the post of Assistant Project Engineer in a time bound research project for a temporary period purely on contractual basis.

Project Titled

An Energy Efficient IOT Processor built using an Optimized Near-Threshold Voltage Standard Cell Library.

Gaurav Trivedi.

Essential Qualifications

An M.Tech (VLSI) or BTech (Electronics) with preferably 1 year of work experience with the knowledge of embedded systems/VLSI/C/C++ etc. is desired.

How to Apply

Candidates have to appear in the Walk in Interview along with an application/CV on plain paper giving details of all educational qualifications, experience, contact address, phone no., E – mail etc. and submit photocopies of relevant documents at the time of interview on 26 Aug 2019 (Monday) at 02:30PM at Venue EEE Conference Room IIT Guwahati.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview. Candidates will not be sent any call letter separately. Advance copy of CV may be sent to the Principal Investigator.


No campus accommodation will be available for the selected candidates. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the test and interview.
