- Drive the social media strategy for RazorpayX across all social media properties.
- Own business goals that will be driven by various social media programs.
- Plan the calendar and execute social projects annually, quarterly, monthly.
- Analyse trends, customer insights and identify topics to create engaging social media content.
- Partner with sales, product, banking, finance teams to craft engaging narratives and stories that fuel our business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of social media campaigns including interfacing with agencies when required.
- Effectively manage budgets for optimal ROI.
