Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (A Christian Minority Institution) formerly known as Sathyabama Engineering College was established in 1987 by Dr Jeppiaar. It is a premier institute imparting knowledge in the areas of engineering, science, and contribution to the field of technical education for over two decades resulted in granting Deemed University Status on 16th July 2001.
Applications are invited for the selection of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the ISRO –RESPOND project entitled “Design and development of ANFIS controller” under the scheme of RESPOND of ISRO for a project duration of two years.
M.Sc Degree with NET or equivalent qualification (Instrumentation/Embedded controller systems) or P.G Degree in Professional Courses: M.E/M.Tech. (Engineering control systems & Instrumentation /Instrumentation & Process Control ) with a minimum of 55% marks. NET /GATE qualified candidates are preferred.
Candidates with strong knowledge on Computational fluid dynamics, knowledge and experience in the development of embedded controller (hardware and software) and process modelling with programming skills in Python will be preferred
Nature of Position
JRF position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project tenure. The JRF will be encouraged to enrol for PhD.
Rs.31,000/ p.m.+ HRA (as per ISRO Respond norms)
