Key Responsibilities
- Getting new clients onboard on Hotstar, looking after the long tail client list of a specific agency (one or more of the top 5 agencies in the country)
- Responsible for driving sales & adoption of Hotstar across the long tail. Success will be measure on the value and number of advertisers on the platform through leads conversion.
- End to end management of hunting, pitching, solutioning and execution for a large number of SMB/Longtail clients
- Role is a mix of inside sales across a number of clients as well as client-facing business development across certain opportunity clients
- Ability to act as an advisor on brand solutions in a strategic way and also drive sales
Qualifications
- Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management and Client relationship management.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
