1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (01)
Project Title

Policy and Research Planning for synthetic Biology funded by DBt, Govt. of India.

Qualifications
  • Candidate must have M.Phil/ M.tech in Life Science/ Biotechnology with minimum 06 months of Synthetic Biology Research & Teaching experience.
  • Candidate should know the techniques and tools used in Synthetic Biology/ Molecular Biology
Salary

Rs. 31, 000+24% HRA p.m.

2. Research Associate (RA) (01)
Project Title

Non-Coding Variants and Fine Tuning of Childhood Obesity Genes funded by ICMR.

Qualifications
  • Ph.D. degree in any branches of experimental biological sciences and chemical sciences like Life Sciences, Zoology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • The candidate should have a good academic record and know molecular biology techniques like SDS-PAGE, immunoblotting, Real-time PCR along with ELISA assays.
  • Candidate should have at least one original scientific paper published in a journal recognized by JCR, ISI.
  • Age below 35 years at the time of application.
  • Age relaxation will be applicable to different categories following Govt. Guidelines.
Salary

Rs 47000/- + HRA (as per Govt. Guidelines)

Project Title

Mechanistic insight of novel KLB locus for chronic pancreatitis pathophysiology in the Indian population funded by DST-SERB.

Qualifications
  • M.Sc. degree in any branches of experimental biological sciences and chemical sciences like Life Sciences, Zoology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • The candidate should have a good academic record with at least 55% marks throughout career and know molecular biology techniques like SDS-PAGE, immunoblotting, Real-time PCR along with ELISA assays, etc.
  • NET qualification is essential as per funding agency.
  • The age limit is 28 years as on the time of application (upper age limit relaxable up to five years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST, PwBD, and female candidates, three years in the case of OBC category.
Salary

Rs 31,000/- + HRA (as per Govt. Guidelines)

Qualifications
  • M.Sc Life sciences or related fields with first class.
  • Candidates should have one-year research experience in molecular/ cell biology techniques and cell culture.
  • Experience in proteomics and malaria culture.
Salary

As per the norms of the university and funding agency.
