Online applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Project Associate-I-(PA) under an ISRO funded project at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Mandi.

Indian Institute of Technology Mandi is an autonomous engineering and technology university located in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. IIT Mandi’s permanent campus is fully functional at Kamand and Salgi Mandi. Timothy A. Gonsalves was the first Director of IIT Mandi and R. C. Sawhney served as the first Registrar.

Project Title

ISRO sponsored project entitled “Design and Fabrication of Interface ASIC for Vibratory Gyroscope Sensor Application”.

  • Potential candidates should have B.Tech ECE/ EE/ Instrumentation (Valid NET or GATE score preferable) or M.Sc. in Electronics Science (Valid NET or GATE score preferable) or equivalent degree with 60%  marks or MS or M.Tech. in Electronics/ VLSI/ ECE (NET or GATE score desired for M.Tech candidates).
  • The knowledge of analog and digital circuit design essential, Hands-on experience on Matlab and VLSI tools such as Cadence or Synopsys is important.
  • The applicant must have experience of using the Linux operating systems preferably.


Research Assistant (Under ICSSR Funded Project) at IIT Mandi: Apply by Mar 23.



Maximum upto Rs. 31,000/- per month consolidated.
