School of Earth, Ocean & Climate Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar is inviting Walk-in-Interview from suitable candidates for the post of Field Attendant in a time bound research project for temporary period purely on contractual basis.
Development of long‐term high resolution Land Use Land Cover (LULC) data for Bhubaneswar peri‐urban & rural areas and future projection.
Rs. 15,000/‐ per month.
Qualification & Experiences
B.Tech (with 1st Class in Geoinformatics/Remote Sensing (Science Stream)/ Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering) with experience Remote Sensing Field Data Collection.
Diploma with 1st class in Electrical/Civil Engineering with at least 2 years relevant experience in field observation.
- Knowledge of operating Remote Sensing field equipment.
- Knowledge in Computer Operations.
- Experience in Field Data Collection and Analysis.
Duration of the project
Period of Engagement
Initially for 1 year with possible extension depending on performance.
