ICAR- Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi is inviting Walk-in-Interview from intersted and motivated candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a time bound research project for a temporary period purely on contractual basis.

Mapping of QTLs fordrought tolerance in Mungbean.
Rs. 31,000/- + 24% HRA pm for 1st and 2nd year.
Post graduate degree in basic science or graduate/post graduate degree in professional courses selected through a process described through any norms given below
a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Test CSIR-UGC-NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) and GATE
b) The selection process through national level exam conducted by Central government departments and their agencies and institute such as DST, DBT, DAE,DOS,DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, IIT, IISc, IISER ect.
Experience in molecular markers and proficiency in computer skills.
The posts are purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially upto 31st March 2020, but may be extended further based on the performance of the candidate or till the termination of the project whichever is earlier.
Maximum age 35 years for JRF (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC).

The candidates will have to compulsorily bring the filled in application form in the prescribed format available here, all the original certificates from matriculation onwards, date of birth certificate, NET/equivalent certificate, degree certificate either original or provisional and one set of the self-attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and an attested copy of recent passport size photograph pasted onto the application form.
Proof of experience and publications also need to be submitted. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
