About the Webinar
The recent explosion of entrepreneurial activity and the prominent role of knowledge in the ‘new economy’ has shown that there is a need for academic institutions to become more entrepreneurially oriented, thereby facilitating a change in their approach, governance, and administration. The early exposure to the need for innovation and problem solving cultivates the risk-taking attitude in the students.
Such implementation through a structured mechanism is required to be adopted to promote student start-ups. Students across India are also contributing creative technological ideas/innovations for the national competitions for children’s ideas and innovations which has spurred the motivation for entrepreneurial activity in students and acted as a driving force for the educators.
