FDP on Composting Technologies for Municipal Solid Waste Management at NIT Warangal [Jan 4-8]: Registrations Open


The Department of Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal is organizing a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Composting Technologies for Municipal Solid Waste Management from January 4 to 8, 2021.
National Institute of Technology Warangal, formerly known as Regional Engineering College was established in 1959. Over the years it has developed into a premier institute of higher learning and is ranked among the top technical education institutions in India.

Course Objectives

This Faculty Development Program (FDP) aims at providing exposure to technical and management aspects of various Municipal Solid Waste Management challenges with specific reference to composting technologies and other related aspects of sustainable management of solid wastes.

Eminent personalities and experts from industry along with faculty of Civil Engineering at NIT Warangal are the resource persons. Faculty from IITs and Central/ State-Funded Research Institutions and from the Industry sector will be delivering the lectures on various technical aspects.
