The program is aimed at undergraduate as well as postgraduate students interested in Design and Advertising across India. It is a platform for the exploration of Ad-Making and Design from the vantage point of Humanities, Management, and Psychology.
Only ten teams will be selected for the workshop.
Teams of three students from any discipline interested in ad-making and design may apply. Those pursuing a bachelor’s degree should be in the later stages of their programmes. Master’s degree students at any stage of their study may apply.
How to Apply:
Teams can apply through a single email from a team member to firstname.lastname@example.org by clearly stating the following within the body of your email:
- Names of the three members,
- Phone Number,
- Programme and Year of Study,
- A Statement of Interest (of 100 words) about the workshop theme;
- Whether an accomodation required or not.
Last date for receiving email requests is June 10.
The workshop also includes an ad-making competition among the teams participating in the workshop. Prize Money in the Ad-Making Contest:
- First Prize Rs. 25,000
- First Runner-up: 15,000
- Second Runner-up: 10,000
- Internship may be offered to deserving candidate

A registration fee of Rs. 2000 per person (6000 per team) will be charged for the workshop. This includes the workshop kit, accommodation, lunch, certifciate, and other resources from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Ropar.
Accommodation will be provided on sharing basis if required.
Lunch, snacks/tea will be served on all days during the workshop.
