The course provides a broad overview of the functioning of financial institutions and markets. It will introduce participants to the financial markets regulators how they function and regulate to protect financial market participants.
The objective of the course is to give the fundamental knowledge on the structure, function and role of the financial system and to widen the horizon of knowledge and skills of the participants so as to enable them to understand financial markets in a holistic way.

The course is designed for working executives, faculty, research scholars and other participants through the CEP route.
The course will be conducted over 5 days spread over 3 weekends. The course will start on September 1(Saturday) and the subsequent classes would be held on September 2 (Sunday), September 8 & 9(Saturday & Sunday) and conclude on September 15.
A sum of Rs. 45,000 (inclusive of GST@18%) is payable which includes course fees, registration kit and lunch for the 5 days of the programme. The demand draft is payable in the name of “IITD CEPAccount’.
